What response rate are you expecting? / Will providers receive targets for the baseline survey response rate, and will they be penalised if these are not met?

The GLA requires providers to meet a target response rate of 50%. Providers should disseminate the survey to all learners, remind and encourage them to complete the survey as much as possible.
