London Learner Survey pilot: prize draw
IFF Research is conducting the London Learner Survey pilot on behalf of the GLA and is responsible for conducting the prize draw in relation to this pilot survey. IFF is a company registered in England and Wales, registered number 00849983, whose registered offices are situated at 5th floor, St Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6HD, United Kingdom.
The prize draw is open to adult learners on eligible courses in London who participate in the London Learner Survey online, by phone or by completing and returning a printed copy of the questionnaire.
The prize draw is not open to employees of IFF Research.
Entries will be accepted during the pilot survey fieldwork period. There will be three prizes, each prize will be a standard iPad.
Entry is by ticking that you would like to take part in the prize draw, at the end of the survey. No purchase or payment is required.
Limitation of entries:
Only one entry per eligible learner will be accepted. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.
There will be three winners selected for the pilot survey, each receiving one standard iPad.

No transfer or assignment of prizes will be permitted. There is no cash or other alternative.
Winners will be chosen by a random draw from all eligible entries. The random draw will be verified by an observer independent of the research team conducting the draw.
The closing dates for the pilot survey are 12th March for the baseline survey and 13th April for the follow-up survey. The draw will be conducted within five days of the pilot follow-up survey closing and will cover both surveys.
IFF Research reserve the right to postpone the draw until a later date should the pilot survey period be extended. All decisions are final and binding.
IFF will contact winners to let them know they have been successful within a maximum of six weeks of the date of the draw. Notification will be sent to the winners’ email address, or by a telephone call, as appropriate. The winners can choose to remain anonymous.
Prizes will be administered by IFF Research who will need winners to provide their postal address to be able to send them the prize. This will only be used for sending the prize and it will be securely deleted from our systems by 1 June 2021.
