London Learner Survey: prize draws

1. Promoter:

IFF Research is conducting the London Learner Baseline and Follow-up Surveys on behalf of the GLA and is responsible for conducting the prize draws in relation to these surveys. IFF is a company registered in England and Wales, registered number 00849983, whose registered offices are situated at 5th floor St Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street, London, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility:

The prize draws are open to adult learners on eligible courses in London who participate in the baseline or the follow-up London Learner Survey online, by phone or by completing and returning a printed copy of the questionnaire to IFF Research. The baseline survey is a survey learners take at the start of their course, administered by their learning provider on behalf of IFF Research. The follow-up survey is a survey taken by learners after the end of their course, administered directly by IFF Research.

The prize draw is not open to employees of IFF Research.

3. Promotion period:

Entries will be accepted during the survey fieldwork period. The Baseline survey period began on 31st August 2021 and has been run on a rolling basis since. The Follow-up survey period began in January 2022 and has run on a rolling basis since. There will be one prize each calendar month, which started in September 2021, and each prize will be a standard iPad.

4. Entry:

Entry is by ticking or saying that you would like to take part in the prize draw, at the end of the survey. No purchase or payment is required.

5. Limitation of entries:

Only one entry per eligible learner will be accepted. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.

6. Prizes:

There will be one winner each month, receiving one standard iPad.

No transfer or assignment of prizes will be permitted. There is no cash or other alternative.

7. Draw:

Winners will be chosen by a random draw from all eligible entries. The random draw will be verified by an observer independent of the research team conducting the draw.

The monthly draw will be conducted within five working days of the end of the calendar month.

IFF Research reserve the right to postpone each draw until a later date without notice.  All decisions are final and binding.

8. Notification:

IFF will contact winners to let them know they have been successful within a maximum of six weeks of the date of the draw.  Notification will be sent to the winners’ email address, or by a telephone call, as appropriate. The winners can choose to remain anonymous.

Prizes will be administered by IFF Research who will need winners to provide their postal address to be able to send them the prize. This will only be used for sending the prize and it will be securely deleted from our systems no later than six months after the date of the draw.
